Constant exposure — you can customize the clock face, menus, icons, installer and more for promotional material that users can always see.

Desktop Icon
Create your very own desktop icon that will always be visible on users’ desktops.

Desktop tray icon
When in «hidden» mode, PromoClock creates an icon in the Windows system tray. Make the tray icon your very own company logo, and it will never be «hidden».
Start Menu
Program group name
Whenever PromoClock is accessed via the Start menu, its Program Group will be visible. Choose a Program Group name that will remind users of your company, product or brand name.
File name
Within the Program Group (accessed via the Start menu) is the name of the actual item. The file name can be your company’s name or product.
Clock Menus
Button + link insertion into clock’s right-click menu
A graphical ad «button» in the upper portion of the PromoClock’s right-click menu will remind users of your name and product whenever they access PromoClock’s many functions. One click on the button will bring the user to a selected URL.
Text + link insertion into clock’s right-click menu
Place your message along with a hyperlink to your web site in the upper portion of the PromoClock’s right-click menu.
Installer
After users download PromoClock, they will install it on their desktop. You can customize the installer giving users a first impression of your company and products.
Installer name
Insert the name for the Installer of your created clock model. This is the name the clock users will click on to install.
Installer logotype picture
Use your company’s logo, style and colors to give customers of quick preview of what your company has to offer.
Installer text
Place your promotional text message on first installer screen for a first impression of your product line or slogan.
Promotional Alerts
Use PromoClock customizer to alert your users with a special message on a specific date. You may set alerts for «actual dates» or «relative dates».
Actual dates — set alerts for actual dates such as December 20, 2002, January 3, 2003, etc.
Relative dates — set alerts for dates relative to when PromoClock was installed. For example, set alerts to trigger 3 days after installation, 2 weeks after installation or 1 month after installation. This option allows you to distribute PromoClocks over and over again without having to update.
Some of the ways you can use promotional alerts include:
- Advertising a special product
- Announcing a one–time sale
- Informing users of company–related events
- Presenting a new website
- Reminding users to purchase
- Promoting a special contest
In order to maximize PromoClock’s usefulness, you can use promotional alerts to display free useful or enjoyable content targeted to your audience.
Some ideas include:
- Breaking up an e–book into several parts and deliver each part as a separate alert on a separate day
- Sending daily tips or jokes as alerts
- Sending holiday greetings
- Sending «stress–relief» messages just to show that your company cares

Promotional alerts may contain any of the following:
- Sound messages — Insert your own voice messages, music notes, alarm sounds, buzzing sounds, etc.
- Color magazine style ads — Display artistic color ads with your own text messages for product details and useful information.
- Up to 500×300 banner ads — Traditional banner ads are quickly clicked over. Our banner ads appear only during sage, prompting the user to take a second look.
- Website links — Insert hyperlinks to take users directly to your website.

PromoClock customizer is easy to use and requires no programming. It contains and simple step–by–step instruction and full help section.

Key steps to creating your customized PromoClock:

Create new project — select model and begin customizing above customizations. |

Save as — save the project. You may create several versions of the same clock model for different ad exposure in each. |

Run clock — allows you to test customizations as you add them. |

Create — simply push the «create» button once you have finalized your customization. |

Registered version
Our free trial version of PromoClock is fully functional and lets you see the affects of all our customization options. In order to remove PromoClock’s ownership presence and activate your website link, you will need to purchase the Unlock Key. Use the «add key» to change the clock from trial to registered status and you are ready to make copies and distribute.
